C605 ROMANTIC TUTU FEATURES
- Traditional Romantic Tutu with pointed basque and soft tulle that takes the dancer from the Studio to the Stage.
- The perfect tutu for practice, rehearsal and performance made by Primadonna Tutus for the student, competitor, ballet school and company.
- Wear with a leotard for practice, rehearsal or informal performance or pair with one of our Conservatory Bodices for a stage-ready costume.
- Traditional firm non-stretch basque lined with twill, attached hanging loops for storage and soft, mesh panty with adjustable leg elastics.

CHOICE OF BASQUE FABRIC: see all our Fabrics & Colors here
Matte Poplin - A versatile matte polyester perfect for the demands of class or rehearsal but also transitions beautifully for the stage.
Performance Faille - A cotton/acetate blend that has a beautiful sheen, perfect for performances.
Matte Lycra - A matte finish nylon lycra, choose when pairing with our leotards for a perfect color match. Note - this is non stretch, basque is lined with firm poplin.
Brocade - A stunning poly/metallic brocade perfect for performances.
Note: All Photos are shown in Poplin, colors will vary slightly in different fabrics.

Basque Color - After choosing basque fabric select the color (can contrast with the tutu colors).
Solid Color Tutu - Choose a color for all the tutu layers & panty.
2nd Layer a Contrasting Color - Choose a contrasting color for the 2nd layer of the tutu, the basque, top layer, all under layers & panty are your main color choice.
Colormix 4 Colors - Choose the colors of each of the top 3-4 layers of the tutu. The panty & any under layers will match the 4th color.
Ombre Top 3 Layers of White Tutu - The top 3 layers of the tutu are dip-dyed with an ombre effect fading to white on the edges. The Basque is the selected color and all the remaining layers and panty are solid white.
Black Ombre Top 3 Layers of Tutu - The top 3 layers of the tutu are dip-dyed with Black for an ombre effect fading to selected color on the edges. The Basque is the selected color and all the remaining layers and panty are the selected color.
SIZING:

Or you can provide a dancers measurements in the space above or upload a group measurement chart and we will select the best size.
TUTU LAYERS:
A 3 layer tutu is best suited for smaller sizes, shorter lengths and will be slightly sheer.
A 4 or 5 layer tutu is best suited to longer lengths and will be more opaque.
TUTU LENGTHS:
Romantic tutus can be whatever length desired within our choices - EVEN numbers from 14" thru to 34".
To determine the length measure from the dancers waist to where you want the tulle to end. Note: If this is an odd number (ie. 25") round up to the next even number (ie. 26").
Subtract 2" to compensate for the basque (ie. 26" minus 2" would then be 24").
The Tutu (tulle) length you would choose would be 24".
